Your Spring Racing Carnival Pub Near Flemington Racecourse
Just around the corner from Flemington Racecourse, The Doot is your home for the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival – whether you’re heading to the track, joining us for post-race drinks, or skipping the races altogether.
Across Carnival, we’re taking over all three levels of the Doutta Galla Hotel in Kensington. Level 1 becomes the Aperol Lounge, Level 2 is available for private Spring Carnival functions, while the public bar downstairs keeps doing what it does best – steaks, cold drinks, live music and good times.
On the major race days, we’re opening bright and early with brekky burgers, full bar service and guest speakers, before the party kicks on after the races with live music and DJs into the night.
