Dinner first. Dancefloor after. No cover charge.

Book an early table and settle in before the fireworks, or rock up later and see the year out with live music and a pub full of locals. Either way, The Doot is Kensington’s NYE headquarters.

HOW THE NIGHT RUNS

• Early dinner: steaks, cold drinks and a table before the fireworks. These tables go fast, so book ahead.
• Live music from 9pm: the band kicks off and keeps going until late.
• Midnight: count it down with us.
• No cover charge: walk in, grab a drink and stay as long as you like.

Heading to the twilight races at Flemington? We’re a 10 minute walk or a quick tram ride away, so drop in for a feed and a beer before or after.
